Immediate Unsigned Saturate

Unsigned elements in vector a (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers) are saturated to unsigned values of imm3+1 bits without changing the data width. The result is stored in the vector (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers).
